Would you like to return one or more items to us?
Within 14 days that's no problem. Please note that we only take back unworn items that have the original tags attached.
You can request a free return label here.
Don't have a printer? No problem, the returns portal generates a QR code at the same time - you can simply show this on your smartphone in the branch or parcel shop.
After we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your paid amount will be refunded immediately. We use the payment method you have chosen for this.
