DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

TREND RESEARCH
We start every new collection by researching the latest fashion trends and colors. However, not every trend is interesting or a good fit for us. So, we draw inspiration from current fashion trends and select the elements that best reflect our brand. A visit to the fabric fair in Munich also helps us with this. There, we gather further impressions and ideas. Once everything has been compiled, we create mood boards and color schemes, which are then assigned to different models and fabrics.

FABRIC SELECTION
We source our fabrics from various suppliers in Europe. We have worked with our main suppliers for many years. However, it is important for us to also get to know new fabric suppliers and work with their qualities in order to bring diversity to the collection.
When selecting fabrics, we consider not only their look and feel, but also their technical properties. Not every fabric is automatically suitable for our designs. For example, if a blouse isn't washable, it's difficult to use.

MODEL DEVELOPMENT
Our models are first drawn by hand and discussed in detail before being converted into a clean, technical drawing on the computer. This drawing, along with the selected fabric, serves as the basis for our pattern makers to create the appropriate patterns. Cutting and sewing follow, and a first prototype of our model is created. This allows us to check, for example, whether the fabric and cut harmonize or whether the fit is optimal. Depending on the result, either another prototype is required or the model is approved. Once approved, the sales samples for the trade fair can be produced.

PRODUCTION
We sew our collection exclusively in Europe at our partners in Hungary, Poland, and Croatia. These are owner-managed family businesses with whom we maintain long-standing and positive business relationships. Our producers are long-standing partners of our factory. They are familiar with our quality standards and know what matters to us. We maintain close contact with our producers and regularly visit them on-site, as this provides a much better insight and understanding of their working methods, problems, and much more.
